we collected 26,061 gallons of maple sap that made 723 gallons of maple syrup.  The last collection was March 30th - one of the few years that the season ended in March.   We pulled the tree spiles March 31 and April 3rd.  We had a total of 4,089 tree taps that included 528 pails.
